Dealer Locator

Web Cube's Dealer Locator allows users to search for dealers by Zip, Address, City, or State. Results are displayed on a Google map with locations and pinpoints for the closest dealers. Search results also display a list of dealers from nearest to farthest. Individual dealers can be added, edited, and deleted in Web Cube.
News
The News Article Manager provides a system for adding and archiving news articles. Text, Photos, and Videos can be added to news articles. Additionally, Web Cube News comes with an integrated RSS feed so users can subscribe to view ongoing updates with just the click of a button.
Photos and Videos
Upload photos into a scrolling gallery using the Web Cube Photos Feature. Upload a display sized photo, photo thumbnail, and large, full sized image for users to view upon clicking enlarge photo. Videos can be uploaded into a video gallery. The built in Web Cube Video Player includes embed links and email to a friend features.
Press
Web Cube’s Press Feature creates an archive of Press Articles. Press articles can include any combination of Text, Photos, and Videos. Additional, products from your Web Cube E-Commerce store can be associated with Press articles allowing users to link directly into the store to purchase after reading about a given product.
Call to Action Manager
Place banners and Call to Actions in your website’s page templates and then easily manage them through Web Cube. The Call to Action Manager allows you to upload either static or flash banners and each CTA can be given a custom link of your choosing.
Contests
Create contests in Web Cube and drive users to submit their email addresses and contact info for contest entry. Contests are a fun and easy way to grow your customer database.
Artroom
Share media files in multiple formats including logos, graphics, whitepapers, photos, and videos. Your Artroom has the option of being password protected, allowing you to give access to only those who need it. This feature streamlines communication with vendors, manufacturers, and wholesale customers.
Form Manager
Easily create new forms for just about anything using the Web Cube Form Manager. You can specify custom form fields, the type of field (i.e. radio button, drop down, or text), as well define fields as required or optional. All form entries will be stored directly in Web Cube and are available for export to CSV. Additionally, when you define a recipient's email address, Web Cube can automatically send you the results whenever your form is filled out.
E-Newsletter Sign Up
Web Cube’s Email and E-Newsletter sign up feature collects and stores email addresses so that you can grow your email database. Submissions are stored in the Web Cube CRM manager. Email sign ups can be integrated into email marketing software such as StreamSend, MailChimp, VerticalResponse, or ExactTarget for deployments.
Job Manager
The Web Cube Job Manager is used to post employment opportunities with your company. Create a list of available job postings and allow users to browse and apply directly through your website. Users can submit a message and upload their resume, cover letter, and examples when responding to a job posting.
FAQs
The Web Cube FAQ model makes is easy to manage FAQ question and answers. Questions and Answers can be viewed, edited, and updated directly through the Web Cube Admin.
Info Pages
Info Pages is used for website sections like “About Us”, “Services”, “Resources”, and more. You can create Categories, Sub Categories, and Sub Sub Categories of Info Pages. Info Pages allow for upload of text content, images, and videos. Use basic HTML to adjust layouts within the body content of Info Pages.
Custom Pages
Web Cube allows for the creation of new pages with flexible layouts and content. HTML and Markdown can be used to create the layout for these pages. You can also create a custom URL for each page. Media can be uploaded using Web Cube's Media File Uploader and then embedded into Custom Pages.
Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base system is used to build a working knowledge base or support section for your company. This section is commonly used to store Sales Support, Product Documentation, Tutorials, and more.
Media File Uploader
For most Web Cube features, videos, graphics, and photos are uploaded within the feature itself for convenience and ease of use. For additional needs, the Media File Uploader provides a central area for the upload of videos, photos, and graphics. Once assets are uploaded, Web Cube provides embed links for use of this media within Web Cube features. Uploaded media can also be linked to from external websites and social media.
Calendar
Keep the world up to date with your company's activities. Web Cube's graphic Calendar interface allows you to feature and spotlight upcoming events and happenings.
Search
With Web Cube's built in Search feature, your customers can search website content and products to locate the specific information they are looking for. Search results are displayed in a comprehensive list and link to their respective content sections.
Administrator Permissions
Within Web Cube's admin interface, you can set up both individual and group user permissions. Administrator Permissions allows you to give or deny access to administrative users down to a Web Cube feature level.
Administrator Action Logging
The built in Action Log records and archives any updates made in the Web Cube admin. It also records the user conducting the change, allowing for easy tracking of website changes and user actions.
Drop Dates
Drop Dates are used for uploading content that will be published on a future date. Many of the Web Cube features use Drop Dates allowing you to upload content in advance and set it to automatically go live at a predefined time and date.
Sites Framework
The Web Cube Sites Framework allows you to run multiple “sites” off of one Web Cube. For example, you can run “MyWebsite.com” and “MyWebsite.co.uk” off of the same instance of Web Cube. Within most Web Cube Features, as you are uploading content, you can assign the content to one or many of the sites in the Site Framework.

Hosting
Web Cube's flexibility allows you to host with us or set up your own server. Web Cube offers managed Web hosting for maximum stability, compatibility, and reliability of all libraries, packages, and applications involved. We offer several packages that separate Web Cube from the "standard CMS" including auto-video encoding, optimized static content delivery, image resizing and encoding, unicode support, and server security.
