Download a .CSV of Send to Friend Submissions
From the Site Administration page, scroll down to SendtoFriend and click on Send to Friend Submissions.
On the Select Send to Friend Submission to Change page, in the top right hand corner, select the Export to CSV button to download a .CSV of the list.
